It is 100% waterproof, and features neoprene cuffs, a an adjustable hood, a snap chest pocket, underarm gussets and an adjustable drop-tail hem that is longer in the back for full coverage. The front of this top features a 1/4 zip with a Rain Channel so any water that gets through the zipper is stopped and filtered out without getting inside the jacket.
