At J&H Tackle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
